4-5 Biking

We are thrilled to offer the MN Cycling Center bicycling class again this Spring! Students will develop individual and group riding skills through local rides, culminating in a special destination journey. We will review the ABC (Air, Brakes & Chain) pre-ride bike check and ensure helmets fit properly. Early sessions may focus on basic drills and instruction, fostering safe bike control and group riding. Each ride reinforces road rules, hand signals, and path navigation. We also delve into the science behind biking—exploring air pressure, friction, and leverage. In bad weather, we’ll continue learning with indoor bike-centric experiments.
